Here are some important details regarding our celebration on October 8, to help you better plan your visit.

We will keep you posted and try to answer all your questions.

1. The event will start at 16:00 sharp and finish at 23:00.
2. Transport will be provided from and to Tbilisi, as well as other cities of Georgia at scheduled times. If you plan to drive, please respect the safety rules and parking instructions.
3. Our team member, tkt.ge, will be in charge of check-in. You will be provided with QR codes in advance. We recommend that you save your QR code on your phone.
4. The event is for the TBC staff only. Therefore, strangers and minors will not be admitted to the premises. Please do NOT take your child with you (safety requirements in this regard are very strict and clear).
5. All of you will be provided in advance with the event map, hourly schedule and a detailed guide to make sure you do not miss anything.

PLEASE ALSO NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

1. The palace is part of a museum complex and therefore, it is subject to security measures. There are designated public walkways in the garden, where fire safety rules apply.
2. Catering will be provided by Tsinandali Estate and Silk Hospitalities teams. We are sure you will enjoy the menu.
3. Exquisite desserts will be served in the Startupper zone – literally, the sweetest part of the celebration.
4. The diverse music programme will suit all tastes – however, let’s keep it a surprise.
5. We will be hosted by our partner companies who have joined us with pleasure.
6. There is no dress code, but we recommend that you wear comfortable shoes (the event area is mostly covered in grass). Be ready for fun and an opportunity to engage in physical activities. If you still plan to dress up, just keep in mind the landscape and the evening chill.
