"TBC X USAID - For Technological Education"

project offers a fully funded TOT (Training of Trainers) program, which will focus on:

·      How to teach issues related to new technologies

·      Knowledge sharing modern approaches

·      Communication skills and tools in the digital world

·      Professional development in the field of education

The course is intended for developers, other roles working on digital products, mentors or leads in the tech field, lecturers working in technology education centers or other people with tech competence, who want to share their knowledge with others, improve their skills and master modern methods of teaching and learning.

Within the project "TBC X USAID - for Technological Education", the TOT program was exclusively developed by ICT expert Sandro Asatiani and is fully financed by TBC Bank and USAID.

Course participants will acquire a variety of skills and knowledge, which are important to effectively manage and conduct training:

Training Design: Participants will be able to analyze the needs of the training course, set the goals and develop an effective educational program. They will acquire the skills to develop teaching resources, choose relevant teaching methods and develop learning program materials. 

Teaching Methods: Participants will learn different methods and strategies to ensure the involvement of the students, encourage participation and support an effective learning process. They will develop presentation skills, abilities to support discussion and use interactive methods.

Communication and Presentation Skills: Participants will improve their verbal and non-verbal communication skills. They will learn techniques that will help them to create and present attractive presentations, manage time effectively and deal with difficult participants or situations. 

Assessment Methods: Participants will learn different assessment methods and techniques to measure the learning results, including methods of formative assessment.

Using Technologies: Participants will be introduced to the practice of using technologies in the teaching process, including electronic teaching platforms, multimedia resources and how to use teaching process management instruments.

Professional Development: Participants will learn about the continuous opportunities and resources for professional development that will support their professional growth in future.
